Call our customer service line, 1-888-LIM-LINZ, (1-888-546-5469), weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, select 0 when the menu begins and reserve your seat directly with a LimoLiner customer service agent.  After hours, until 10 PM, an on-call manager will respond to emergency situations.  Select option 9 on our phone system and leave your name, number and a brief description of your emergency.

Our Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or change your reservation at no charge by telephone, mail or email, up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellation or change made within 72 hours of departure will incur a charge of $30 per passenger.

Fares are Non-Refundable. When a journey is cancelled by the customer a Travel Certificate for the value of the fare will be issued in the name of the passenger and may be used against a future booking within 6 months; at the time of the new booking the cancellation fee of $30 per passenger will be charged. Certificates are non-transferable or redeemable for cash.

For cancellations of a journey within 1 hour of the scheduled departure time or in the event a passenger does not travel without notice, no refund or credit will be made.
